We continue the “beat down” with the latest Dime Worthless Cable comic. Steve is taking his scuffle Zombie Brawler Mania like a true man! Be sure to check out part 01!
There is somewhat of a story behind this comic. Essentially, after having the cable company come out and boost my internet speed the installer remarked that wireless internet is only for casual gamers and was surprised that I was using wireless because he saw my game collection. And all of the technology articles I read and forums I visited were utterly wrong about wireless being able to support GOOD online multiplayer gaming. He told me I NEED a wired connection if I’m a true gamer. That’s not to say there is some truth about lag with wireless, but seriously dude, don’t come in my house and try to diminish my gaming status. Ass!
Luckily Steve the Zombie can live out the fantasy I had of decking the cable guy!
After Bob was so rudely kicked out of Gary’s place, he needs some justification on the cause they’re fighting for and heads out to get some opinions. So what do you think?
Gary and Bob are back! Although Gary might need to go through a bit of training. Keep any eye out for ZombieHood’s Mass Effect fan series with the Turian Bob, and the Drell Gary.
I feel like this one might need a little explanation, even though it SHOULD be funny on its own. So, Justin and I are playing some Assassin’s Creed 3, and anytime any enemy feels like it’s necessary to put their hands on me, I decide it’s necessary to create a pile of dead Englishmen! It just so happened every time I did this, it seemed it was right in front of the bar where you get the early missions. Hence the joke of trying to pass of a pile of corpses for a bar cover charge.
We couldn’t help ourselves with the great one liner from the Simpsons! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OnNzmfv9pQ
Well there Justin goes piloting into a building again! If you don’t get the reference, check out http://www.zombiehood.com/?p=58 Also, apparently there’s something about Resident Evil 6 in this comic. But seeing as how Capcom has given up… so have we.
As I work on drawing and creating the comics, usually Justin sits around playing some games. Well, he’s been playing Sleeping Dogs recently. The game is fairly entertaining, and the bugs in the game make it even MORE entertaining. Something that we thought was hilarious was how Wei Shen has a buggy animation when he buys energy drinks at the store. It looks very much like he is slamming them in his face and not necessarily drinking it.
So, next time you need a kick… do it Wei Shen Style!
