So we wanna thank everyone who has favorited and commented on our previous “Anyone Else?” strips (links below). This comic is some what of a “commercial break”. We’ve had a lot of requests for the Banshee, which WILL be the next strip after this. But before we move on to giving her what she deserves, who should we punish after that? Anyone else have that MOST HATED AGGRAVATING enemy in Mass Effect multiplayer? For us it’s the damn Combat Engineers. Always setting up F$*^ing turrets during a hack, or dropping a magical “self-setting-up” turret even if you kill them! Well in this comic, we show our “appreciation” towards them.

So this is actually somewhat of a true story. Me and Justin were kickin’ it playing some Mass Effect 3 multiplayer when all of the sudden nature called. I did step away, and I did take a dump, but I swear that I totally flushed! But when Justin went to take a leak, he found a wonderful present awaiting him! He came back only to state, “Man that’s some true commitment!” in reference to my haste to get back to help our team! Enjoy!

So we had attended C2E2 last weekend and I gotta say it was pretty disappointing. I know that they have a lot of things to check out there and Artist’s Alley was pretty packed. But for whatever reason we just didn’t have that good of a turn out which seemed to be the case for a lot of other artists there. Anyhoot, I know Justin is sure looking forward to Wizard World in August, and I am sure looking forward to Anya’s 1st B-day!

So have you ever wondered what important “intel” you’re team is actually downloading in Mass Effect 3′s multiplayer? Bob and Gary show you EXACTLY the kind of important intel they’re getting. I did draw the Quarian’s face, but thought it would be an injustice to try and “say” that it was they look like. Also, rumor is that an upcoming DLC might reveal it – but I doubt it. Let me know if you’re interested in seeing what “my” version of the Quarian looks like and I might post it!

So there I was wandering the mean streets of Detroit in Deus Ex when I saw the B-Ball.  As in the 1st Deus Ex for PC you could make it rain! So, seeing as how I’m playing on 360 I just assumed there was probably an achievement tied making a basket.  I figured I’d give it a shot!  Go figure that Adam Jensen has no idea how to control his throwing strength, it’s always ALL OR NOTHING! I was getting pretty furious and gave up on trying to make a shot, but not before Justin walked in and provided his colorful commentary!

Grenade Boots

So this is an idea we’ve had since Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta.  Basically, the splash damage and power on the grenades in the Beta was so overpowered it was a bit ridiculous.  If you couldn’t get a shot on a guy, what do you do?  Toss a grenade (or mess of grenades) in the opponents general vicinity and “KABOOM” he’s dead!  That’s not to say that the grenades in Reach aren’t still overpowered, but they did tone them down.  I personally have died so much more from grenades in Reach than from any other Halo game!  Sorta of annoying.  But I know that Justin get’s absolutely pissed when he’s completely dominating opponents with the DMR and ends up dying by what he calls “no talent hacks” to spam the grenade button to kill him.  Long story short, he was bitching one day about the stupid grenade boots that his Spartan was wearing.  Apparently they were attracting all grenades from the entire map directly to him, and no other player.  It was humorous hearing him bitch, and thus, this comic was born.  Voilà!  Halo: Reach Grenade Boots, get yours today!

So one day me and Justin were kickin’ it old school playing some FIFA 11. We just finished a match and as the game was loading back to the menu, we both caught each other rocking out to the music. It was awkward, but then not… we both continued to pretty much rock out for a minute or two. Then we thought up this great comic idea. Side note: I think EA does a good job at assembling soundtacks for their games. So far me or my wife have gotten our hands on each of the FIFA soundtracks since 09′. If you don’t play FIFA you may not get it, but that’s no reason not to dance to some good music!

Stupify!

Stupify!

Stupify is a pretty fitting title considering the fact that I apparently don’t pay attention to important WordPress updates!  Finally getting the site back to operating condition, sorry about all the confusion.

This comic is based on when we all saw the midnight showing of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1.  I started out hating Harry Potter, the first 2 movies (books) were childish and kids movies.  But now that the series has progressed and are a little more mature I’m really enjoying the Harry Potter series.  Can’t say the same for Justin though.  I don’t think he’ll ever care for them.
